A busy start to 2019 from the JP boys
The end of year is always a busy time for Jack Pack. The guys are busy entertaining across the world in the lead up to Christmas. 2018 was no exception, although, there were a few surprises along the way performing with Take That and Jessie J. Even Gary Barlow stayed and listened, enjoying the classics being sung with Jack Pack’s unique twist.
2019 has had an exciting start. The guys have been lucky enough to perform in Barbados, Brazil and more locally, London’s, The Natural History Museum and The Ritz. This time at ‘The Valentines Ball Dinner and Dance’. Jack Pack are becoming favourites at this iconic hotel, home to Frank Sinatra when he toured the UK. Jack Pack love playing here with their Jazz trio. The show is somewhat different to the normal big band show. On this occasion, a more stripped back approach is required with the guys enjoying some solo songs. A favourite of the night of course was ‘My funny Valentine’!
The guys have been spending more time in the studio this year and already have developed a wonderful arrangement of Michael Buble’s version of ’Such a night’ – originally by the great Elvis Presley! The next project, and something more for the fans really, is to work on some wonderful original songs so watch this space!
